One of the problems with calling individual trades on Twitter is that on the basis of one trade, you can either look like an Albert Einstein genius or a complete fool! That’s why I like producing these videos… because my edge is spread out over a number of trades and a typical session on the Emini S&P will allow my edge to play out.

Watch as I trade the New York session using the very same principles of supply and demand that I discuss in my blog…

Tuesday 7th October 2014

In this video, you join me 1 hour into the New York S&P session. The video has been sped up so it can be condensed into 3 minutes!

This is the same concept repeated over and over again… supply and demand. Of course, experience helps to determine what makes a good or bad zone and there are rules and filters that I use to ensure I always have a good edge.

The great thing about trading with supply and demand is being able to trade any instrument and any timeframe. Being able to trade intensively for 2 hours a day suits me. For others a swing trading approach may be more suitable… it all depends on the individual.

Total profit for the session was $887.50.

An afternoon’s scalping and day trading session on the EMini S&P Futures.
Supply and demand trading on the lower timeframes is especially suited to the ES as it’s a very rotational and technical instrument. Stops can be kept very tight too.

A quick note about the colouring of my zones: yellow are my regular zones I think will give a decent bounce, grey are zones I don’t like for one reason or another, e.g. tested too many times, slate blue or other colours are usually higher timeframe zones and warrant a bit of caution.

Wednesday 10th September 2014

Most afternoons during the NY session, I trade the EMini S&P Futures. It is particularly suited to scalping and day trading the lower timeframes and very responsive to supply and demand. These are the highlights of my session for the 10th September.

Wednesday 3rd September 2014

Would you be happy with $787.50 profit for less than 2 hours work? Watch as I scalp and day trade the the EMini S&P Futures during the New York session. The 1 hour and 40 minutes of trading has been sped up to fit into a 10 minute video, but has not been cut. If you can understand what I did, the “Holy Grail” is within your grasp.

For terminal “fast forwarders”, the last 2 minutes of the video are the most interesting (and most profitable!). Charting provided by NinjaTrader.
